Swiss Gold sold for custom orders is based on weight. The minimum order is 2 Kilos of Swiss Gold. Anything more than 2 Kilos starts with increments of 500 Grams or 1 Kilo. |

If the client accepts the quote, the price is set and a contract exists between the client and Gold De Royale. We will send you the contract via e-mail or fax and you must sign it and return it to us within two hours. By accepting the quote you agree to our Terms and Conditions as stated in the contract (which includes this document). Once a quote is accepted the client is bound to proceed with completion of the contract and is not entitled to any refund except as required by law. We accept only electronic funds transfer from your account to our account. Once the contract is signed by you, funds must be transferred immediately within the time frame advised by us. If funds are not transferred within the required time frame, the quoted price expires and the client is in default of the contract between the client and Gold De Royale. Gold De Royale may take legal action against you. |

You need to send us proof that you have electronically transferred the money. This can be done by one of two methods: |

If you are sending the funds over the counter in a bank, the bank will give you proof that your funds have been electronically transferred to our account. You can then send us a fax or a scanned copy of that document via e-mail.

If you are sending the funds via internet banking you can take a Print Screen of the electronic funds transfer confirmation (located on your computer key board as PrtScr' or Print Screen') and paste that to an MS-Word document showing that the funds have been transferred to our account. You can then send that document to us via e-mail. | |

In most cases the above-mentioned methods are sufficient proof of electronic funds transfer. If in doubt we may at our discretion ask you to contact your bank to send us a fax. |

Once we receive the funds you will receive your order within two to three weeks. Most orders are dispatched to the client within two weeks (unless there is an unprecedented demand). While we try our best, this may be not possible for all orders. |

We may be able to arrange special delivery for your Gold Bullion by secured armoured carriers. We will provide you with a price for this special delivery including insurance before we ship your purchase items to you. Once we have received the shipping payment from you we will ship the items to you. |
